Os trabalhos seguiram com o compartilhamento de experi\u00eancias como a do Curso de Diretivos IUS e a discuss\u00e3o sobre \u201cMeio ambiente e a sustentabilidade no Ensino Superior\u201d.<br \/>\nA partir das 10h30, ap\u00f3s um intervalo, foram levadas \u00e0 mesa as experi\u00eancias das Redes Acad\u00eamicas IUS, com o Congresso Internacional de Auditoria, Gest\u00e3o e Neg\u00f3cios CIAGEN, a Rede IUS de Interculturalidade e o IUS Education Group.<br \/>\nPara o Coordenador Geral das IUS Am\u00e9rica, Ir. Mario Olmos, o trabalho realizado mostra uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o not\u00e1vel desde a VIII Confer\u00eancia IUS Am\u00e9rica, que aconteceu em Quito (Equador), em 2019.<br \/>\n\u201cO n\u00edvel de amadurecimento de trabalho organizativo da IUS Am\u00e9rica avan\u00e7ou enormemente. Primeiro pelos bons resultados apresentados pela nossa equipe de trabalho, mesmo tendo vivenciado uma pandemia, mas que seguem mostrando avan\u00e7os espec\u00edficos em \u00e1reas concretas como a forma\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas, a pastoral universit\u00e1ria, o tema da gest\u00e3o de qualidade, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o dos temas de juventude e, por \u00faltimo, o tema das Redes Acad\u00eamicas, que agora j\u00e1 mostram um maior compromisso e dinamismo\u201d, destacou o Ir. Mario Olmos.<br \/>\nDurante a tarde da quinta-feira (22), os participantes realizam ainda uma visita cultural por pontos hist\u00f3ricos e religiosos tradicionais do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.
